What you'll own
As Lead of our Strategy & Operations for our Providers team, you'll help define, build, and scale our Supply Growth and Experience teams. You'll partner closely with Songbird's founders and management team to grow a multi-geography clinical team, and deliver to them an exceptional provider experience as we expand nationally.
You will be responsible for owning topline KPIs, setting strategy & vision, building systems for, and scaling our providers-facing organization, including: market strategy, clinical recruiting, provider experience. You will also drive collaboration and projects that span other teams (Demand Operations, Care Operations, Clinical, Product & Engineering). This role reports directly to the Songbird Co-Founder and CEO.
You will:
- Set and own growth of topline KPIs related to Clinical Talent & Provider Experience, our supply-side teams that hire clinicians and ensure they have a quality experience on our platform.
- Manage, recruit, and inspire a fast-growing cross-functional team
- Own mission-critical initiatives spanning market strategy, clinical recruitment, provider experience, and training programs
