What you'll own
As Lead for our Care Operations team, you'll help define, build, and scale our Clinical Operations team in our first markets. You'll partner closely with Songbird's founders and leadership team to deliver an exceptional care experience for our families and therapists as we expand nationwide. You will be responsible for owning topline KPIs, setting strategy & vision, building systems for, and scaling a clinical operations and client experience organization. You will also drive collaboration and projects that span other teams (Demand Operations, Supply Operations, Clinical, Product & Engineering). This role reports directly to the Songbird Co-Founder and CEO.
You will:
- Set and own topline goals. Set and own growth of topline KPIs related to Clinical Operations in our first markets—including family experience, provider experience, care quality, and provider and treatment plan fulfillment.
- Lead and inspire a team. Lead, manage, recruit, and inspire one of our fastest-growing teams (by headcount)
- Own our cross-company initiatives. Own mission-critical initiatives spanning market operations, clinical operations, provider experience, and family experience
- Set the bar. Set a standard for operational excellence, execution, leadership, drive and values that inspires the team and organization.
