What you'll own
On our Care Operations team, you'll help define, build, and scale our care delivery and market operations across multiple geographic markets. You'll partner closely with Songbird's founders and leadership team to deliver an exceptional care experience for our families and therapists as we expand nationwide. You will be responsible for driving improvement to topline KPIs, defining strategy, building systems for, and scaling a customer experience and clinical operations organization. You will also drive collaboration and projects that span other teams (Demand Operations, Supply Operations, Clinical, Product & Engineering).
You will:
- Set and own growth of topline KPIs related to Care Operations, our team that owns the efficient operations of clinical services in our local markets
- Own mission-critical initiatives spanning market operations, clinical operations, provider experience, and family experience
- Set a standard for operational excellence and execution, leadership, drive and values that inspires the team and organization.
- Build systems and processes, as well as act on feedback, to improve Care Operations processes
- Take initiative, hustle, and fill in gaps—believing that nothing at Songbird is someone else's problem
